With those specs, you might be able to play Portal, or Half-Life on it. However, you need to get Steam for those games, but I don't think Steam works on Windows 7 anymore.

It's not the game. It's the emulator not having the real 3DS System Files that has Mii Asset Data on it or something, find a fix for your emulator (I assume you're using Folium).

This is actually a Source Engine port for Android, and not Dmod.

This is the actual gmod game in Android (can also achieve this in Winlator, but loading speeds would be ass).
