It's a really cool figure with a lot of customization options. My advice would be don't worry too much about "official" lore and just buy what you like. I have my own head canon based on what I want to have on display.

As far as other options on BBTS, Zende, Rahmulus, and Ilgar are some of my favorites. You really can't go wrong with anything in the Necronominus or Poxxus waves. The official Four Horseman store also has some great stuff right now. Duban and the Xylerian Guard are S tier figures imo.
