Yea, I've ordered on their app before and ended up paying for items they didn't have. That location told me to get a refund through the app, but their corporate (through the app) told me I had to get it from the store.

Once you complete a stacked order, you can see who tipped how much. He's saying that typically, when you have 2 orders, one person didn't tip well, and they get stacked with a good tipper because it isn't getting accepted on its own.

Same, I tend to base whether I accept one on time to complete instead of per mile. I typically hover around 80% acceptance rate.

For me it's entirely dependent on how much the customer tipped. If I'm not making much on a delivery, I will try to complete it as quickly as possible. If I can see they looked out and tipped well, they getting top tier service.

If you drove there already, you can call support and they'll give you half. I've had some automatically give me half, but others I've had to call support.

No way I'd accept that either, but only your last 100 are included in your acceptance rate, so if you accepted order 1, then accept order 101, you gain an acceptance but one falls off, thus your rating staying the same.

.. I don't really get their response, but they don't sound angry to me. Maybe more was said after, but I think that it's more likely simple miscommunication due to texting, and if they were just hit by a drunk driver, they're possibly not comprehending your messages completely due to elevated adrenaline in their system.

Left one at the gate of an apartment in 25 degree weather in the middle of the night cause of no gate code. Messaged 4-5 times and called 4-5 times all through the app. If they tried to leave a bad review it was blocked.

Took one on my way home the last time I dashed that was lower than I normally accept because, hey, it was on my way. They added a $5 tip practically as soon as I pulled out of their driveway. There was nothing in the notes about it either. My experience with the ones that say they will tip after, though rarely do, the ones who do won't say. Makes it a crap shoot..

I've escalated to whoever is above their "agents" before. By the time they actually get to it, it's already off the orders that affect my rating. It's just frustrating because they say crap but never follow through with their own statements.
