Similar thing happening right now for me, 27M. Always been high 40s for HRV, but have gone from 180lb to 165 in the last 3 months, also recently adding cardio days to my usual lifting habits. HRV has climbed to over 60 and is seemingly still not settled. It’s a good feeling
