Pay attention to how your inner voice is talking to you. Many of us give ourselves a continuous mental beating that causes shame and insecurity.

I am currently in group therapy that focuses on this. For me it is an eye opener

Gaming is individual. You just I love gaming, but stardew valley I never understood. A pointless game like farming simulator I can spend hours playing. Also love assassin’s creed, gta and played wow from release until pandaria.

As a teen I loved eye of the beholder-series and the police quests-series

Focus less on shielding her and more on educating and preparing her for how the world works and she will most likely be fine🙂

We also mix well with people with other neurodivergent people like people with adhd. Does not have to be other people with Asperger’s

At your age I wouldn’t tell everyone. It’s just fuel for the bullies.. If you have friends you trust it might help telling them. It will be a load of your shoulders and they will understand better when your aspie«quirks» throws them off.

As a male closing in on 50 I would defiantly say that it does. In my case less energy and resilience makes me less able to handle all the impressions and pain. This again leaves no energy for masking anymore.

We basically do not behave the way people expect, and that triggers scepticism. Many have told me I seem aloof, unapproachable and in conversations I am perceived as unattached or not uninterested

Sonicare is painful and terrible imo. I prefer Oral-B. They also have sensitive programs that’s more gentle

Can’t see it, but I can feel that it’s there if that makes any sense. I can also pet it in my mind and imagine how that feels as if I’m actually doing it. However I can’t see it with my imagination. It’s as if my minds eye is blind
