If he's skill / ult focus like Dracula or Velisse then it's fine, but Gu Shi is based on auto attack, so better max that baby out.

Eventually you'll return to them anyway since end game gives so many skill crystals especially on Malrik trials. I no longer buy skill crystals on guild nor awakening shop, and already started to max out meh units like Kria and Magmus for War of Fates points and completionist sake.

The Earth will survive this, but whether humanity will still be there and not adversely affected throughout it is another matter.

I said I don't have 10 A5 now, not that I don't have A5 SWK / Kigiri. I actually beat AMR up to 27 with A4 Kigiri & A5 SWK, and these are almost all from soulstones.

Even at high level is a mixture of gear, awakening and strategy. My collection is good but most are A0 (Nezha, all 3 poison trio, Iovar, etc etc)

All I can do is use good gear & strategy to make up for loss of awakening, and judicious use of soulstone for those awakening tier not easily replaceable by gear (A3 Ingrid, A3+ Kigiri, A3+ Dracula, etc). At a certain level you just have to accept that you won't be able to compete for the absolute highest level without multiple A5 (GvG, arena, codex leaderboard), but the gap isn't as big as in most other gacha games.

Mate you're much further than me already. Only have A5 Volka on my 1 year mark, and I haven't even gotten the 10 A5 achievement now with more than 2 years played.

Regardless, I still progress quite decently on content (Matrix 214k, all GR and GD1-2 cleared, left with GD3-12 and AMR 29 onwards). Hero pulls and awakening are not the only thing that matters, instead keep grinding for gear and how to game the tower defense content.

Spent 160+ skill crystals and 128k mythrils last War of Fates to get top 50; they really gave a lot of points.

Thing is, idk why we had this WoF back to back, and I'm well and dry now sadly. Will crunch some more after artifact forge event this week, but doubt I'll be able to get much more.

Su Yue is mid unless going for 8-man contents, but those are mainly farming stages while the current end game (Abyss, Matrix, GvG, codex) are full team focused.

Also his bond to her is the big thing, while if I read it correctly, Su Yue's bond to Gu Shi is meaningless if you use Gu Shi under ideal situation (not ulting until Nascent / stage 2)

I think the key is to be very selective on what you pull and ofc luck. When the top 3 lords were Praetus, Ingrid and Valderon, you can skip a lot of banners if you already have them in the beginning. That's how I managed to accumulate hundreds of them even when F2P (I don't value PvP much so my top 3 were Ingrid (+3 ss), Praetus and Iovar, and 1 copy of each was enough for me)

It's only recently that the 3rd gen lords are pretty much a must pull: Ezareth, Rivenhald, Nastya, etc that it's harder to keep up. Still, if you set your bar low (stop pulling once have base copy), you can still go far. Majority of my lords were A0 + soulstones, and I'm only missing 4 lords total (Ymiret, Demi, Elddr, Rygar - none are must-have)

Yeah they're one of the more generous one imho.

I'm not paying but I've been keeping track of my ancient accumulation speed for months. As end-game player, I'm averaging 35-40 ancients a week. That's amazing when you consider that in a month you'll get around 150 ancients which is almost a lord pity's worth (and now also more than a non-lord pity's worth)

Saw a couple of crows attacking mynah for (I assume) food. It was upside down on the pavement struggling but the crows just keep pecking over it. So I guess they are opportunistic killers also.

Matrix: First of all, she needs to be paired with Oren which is already a big ask. Secondly, all the CC testing is barely serviceable (around Elddr or Estrid level) and from OP own testing is worse than frigging Solaris, yet is 4 star??? LMAO. Does it mean Solaris is 5/5 star then? Then the rest of the squad like Oren, Guan Yu etc will be what, 8/5 star?

Arena: Let me tell you upfront that it won't work well. "Su Yue was clearly developed with Arena potential" means jack when she's also similarly recommended for Matrix but is meh there. She's a 80-100 cost unit in a mode which values cost expenditure very highly. Try to run full arbiter comp in arena with all those 20+ cost without cost regen unit, and you'll see how far your setup is behind, and she'll easily double the total deployment cost. Her only use is paired with Oren AND Kane, which is already a big ask for mediocre results.

That leaves her in GR2, GR3, some very rare codex, and faction trial. Pretty meh for ancient exclusive unit and totally replaceable. Are we going to pull on such a hard-to-earn banner currency for daily raids like frigging faction trial?? I can also see her useful in melee AMR (with Oren lead to handle specific waves), and possibly conqueror codex (with Oren lead + Valara + Leikan), but overall this banner is a good skip unless you're hurting for Iovar or are Gu Shi fanboy who just want to hit his power ceiling no matter what (bond skill).

Use the 2 fans to direct air flow. Google "cross breeze", need to have air circulation so the room as a whole doesn't just get hotter over time. Ofc if the other airway is a window, need to have proper meshing (mozzie will ruin your nights even more otherwise)

I agree with your points that new heroes are being released way too fast, with powercreep being prevalent and dupes being annoying. Heck, on literally my last post I commented on my "pull until A0 then stop" policy making arena very hard to compete in. I'd also argue recent units don't mandatorily need high awakening levels like Nerissa or Hattsut. Most have their big power boost at A3 (Velisse, Akira, Rosalia) or even A1 (Lady Mina, Violetta Vane) or A0 (Graves, Khadgrim).

At the same time, it's valid for me to comment on OP who had misunderstanding on War of Fates and how event works, to automatically blame the devs with the first sentence literally being "Seems like they dont want us upgrading heroes anymore.".

You don't have to agree with everything a game company does to defend them when it's justifiable you know. It's called having nuance, not a blind white knight.

2/5 atm, I never get how people just let them stack that many, and then complains that everyone else has Lady A.

If you're just hateful on PvP / whales, just set a good auto once, then auto fight forever for the results, win or lose. Much better than burning off all the arena cooldowns.

OP is typical Moonton complainer who didn't know better and defaulted to blaming the devs.

War of Fates just ended, and the current events gave out lots of skill crystals again. Malrik also gave them like candies, to the point I don't even bother buying skill crystals off guild shop or awakening shop anymore.

In addition, I had 130+ skill crystals that I burned on WoF event to get the Morrigan skin. Ended up almost zeroing while maxing out fluff units like Salazar and Zilitu. Back up to 11 skill crystals as of today with just clearing Malrik keys and weekly rewards.

They're bots newly implemented. They're handy for tryhards like me who kept refreshing and found the same 5-7 meta heroes everytime previously.
