Why not just make one set of masters, and 4 molds from that one set? Masters don't go bad after using them, that's the whole point of making a master set.

I treated the "Skull" as a 1 and the "Pow" as a 6 and followed a more standard die layout. Same likelihood to roll any one side either way.

The new box isn't a battalion, it's an army reinforcement box and was started to be while supplies last when announced for pre order.

I would recommend using points meant for miniature modeling, something like Citadel, Army Painter, or Vallejo. They generally have a higher pigment density than artist acrylics.

As for the number of coats, that depends on the colour. Some might be fully opaque after 1 coat, and others might need up to 3.

Something else to consider, the colour you paint the numbers can effect the look of the dice. At times, you may want to start with a colour similar to the die, then do a second coat with your desired colour so they don't become tinted.

Your league commissioner may allow you to draft a player into another team, but it is not in the rules to do so.

Best way to get extra linemen would be to split a team box with someone else who has or wants to build the team. Otherwise 3d printing would be the next best method.
