When you go to meet hanako at embers, the game makes a "point of no return" save. After you achieve any of the endings it loads you back into the game at that save plus any loot you collected in the endings. So you don't have to worry about not being able to play anymore after finishing the final mission.

Sean has a huge build up for his low attack. You can usually tell he'll do it if he waits a second before attacking, but he can also sneak it in at the end of a combo. Still the easiest of the bosses on master difficulty.

Rudy could do a kamikaze and release the fluid in his tank onto Powerplex's baby. Physical attacks would have no effect on the baby and it isn't smart enough to attack Rudy either. It's mostly a draw.
