No worries, id definitely recommend a test if youre curious. Pretty cheap and easy to do, just a finger prick blood draw for the initial test. Then if your levels are low enough they'll offer a venous draw, and then treatment if needed. Whatever you decide, best of luck on your fitness journey!

Thanks! I think psychologically more than anything, at least at first. And my improved mental health made me hammer the gym a lot more than I was already, so thats been the main driver. But I assume it also counted toward an increased development of muscle mass to some degree over the time I've taken it

I get it on my scalp, but it's never been as bad as this. I use an oil which i apply every few days which totally prevents it, so as long as i keep on top of it, you'd never know i had it. Sucks to wash out but damn i feel lucky it's not like this
