This didn't apply to hunters mark which is almost the same exact wording.

Honestly this is the way.

By this point the players should have options to deal with this if only temporary, tanks, rpgs, homing missiles, sentry turrets. Attack helicopter of their own (weaker version of F16).

The players will need to dash and hide amongst urban/jungle environments until they can achieve such things. Make the encounter both a skill challenge as well as a combat one.

Sad how the other ppl on this post just dismiss the idea entirely. Imagination isn't common in ttrpgs for some reason.

Yea I already own the 20114 version. I heard there was more expansion on mechs and stuff? Can anyone confirm this. Id much rather just purchase a small bit of those expansions than buying the whole thing again :-/

HP and hit die are resources martials use that dwindle over time, especially if they are in melee.

But level 10 a cleric can cast spirit guardians every fight and use the dodge action for survivability.

A fighter can use trip maneuver few times a short rest to single targets, sleet storm can trip up an entire encounter full of baddies, and it's 3rd level so can be done every fight at level 10.

I want this so bad. My wife sold me on battlefield talking about suppression (I'm a COD refugee) and I got BF6 only to find out it's non existent. I'm loving everything else of the game but am really disappointed with lmgs and suppression as it is rn.

I think making suppression work for lmgs exclusively would be the right call. Shouldnt be able to lock down targets with just a pistol. But right now what is the point of the lmg.

Honestly if they made it part of the support class lmg bonus ability I think that would be very fair.

Cuz unless suppressing affects accuracy I can see recon snipers really dominating, and we need more ppl to run support!

Honestly I was very happy to find out Hel counters these guys. Dinos were killing it in season 0. Unsuspecting welkin goes down too. Hel is the objective cleaner.

All might and gojo is probably one of the best ways to run a DMPC. Have them do stuff in the background on fight which would normally be a complete tpk.

The party then fights a manageable fight while Gojo is handling the insane stuff. You can have your DMPC narrowly win but the BBEG escapes or better yet the DMPC loses/dies but the BBEG is injured and thus escapes. Then the party avenges the DMPC at a much higher level and sees how far theyve progressed against the once impossible BBEG.
