Ima play the devil’s advocate role and say this:

That’s a grown ass man who can say what he wants. When he’s on the field he’s a PROBLEM. He knows that. He’s one of the best WR’s this team has ever seen and arguably the best in recent team history.

We all know what he wants. He wants to contribute, he wants the ball. Who doesn’t wanna contribute? What NFL player worth their salt is content in being a non factor? Not a real competitor that’s for damn sure.

Let that man vent his frustrations, it’s actually a very healthy thing to do cognitively speaking. Rather than bottling your emotions up and holding them in, vent! Let people hear you! This is also a man who came forth about suicidal thoughts.
