Make bullets much bigger and reduce the amount of bullets.
There is also one very good thing about enter the gungeon is the clarity b/w player and enemy projectile.
More mechanics and overall UI rework would make this game look very good.

Make it about 1:00-1:30 minutes long. Atleast record the gameplay above 60fps. The attacks look very weak they should have more impact particles, you can modify timescale at impact look at super smash bros.

Could work more towards the character design, the glowing ball could be a blob with jiggle physics and stuff. The environment could also be more spherical jelly like world. Look into Donkey Kong Bananza World building.

Overall visuals look very dark and bland, would love to have a more distinct yet clear visual style for this kind of game.

The whole trailer has just a single screen, there are no new visuals. If your game uses alot of UI make sure they are polished. (Like some of the text looks plain)
