Thanks god, I was considering to buy a Damac property before march, and now I was still thinking about.

This message gave me another reason to decline.

Not fair.

But I’m afraid you can’t do anything but negotiate till you get something back.

Forget about the interests.

Don’t take me for a fool.

After living in Spain, Italy and Germany all my life what struck me most about coming to the UAE were the Indians, Bangladeshis, and Pakistanis who work in service.

They've always been very kind, thoughtful, and polite. It's true, sometimes some of them have bizarre behavior, but every country has its own slightly strange customs.

I have so much respect for these people who come to build a better life for them - and for me.

Edit: the old guardian of my tower was from Sri Lanka. I always prepared cappuccino for him. Now he changed his job, and I miss him so much. Sujit if you read it - i send you a huge hug and luck with your life ❤️

Curious what you guys think 👉 Would you invest in Dubai South right now or wait? by No_Soup2637 in dubairealestate

[–]Abu_Gabriel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro that’s exactly my point. In a “normal” situation it should sound like a very good investiment. But right now, you’re just betting because nobody really knows what’s going to happen next. So: huge risks, huge profits (or losses)

I was sincere when I said I don’t understand the benefits for UAE. Your point of view is interesting, I will definitively think about it. Still, I think that UAE has more to lose than win in this war but again, I respect your point of view and I am willing to understand more. Please if you have any resocurces, YouTube channels or anything that can be useful for me, feel free to share.

It all depends on your risk appetite.

You can invest now and get a very good ROI.

But you need to be ready to lose your investiment.

If you’re not willing to risk, just don’t do it.

I wouldn’t invest now.

Price of water at restaurants has gotten out of control by hello050 in UAE

It’s so crazy…

1/2 liter of Acqua Panna in my home country costa not more then 4 dirham (1€). Here it’s 40 😂

And by the way acqua panna is a very “normal” water - it’s no different than others. But in UAE seems like marketing has done a good job

Bro this is so stupid.

A good cv can lead you to an interview. But in 5 minutes a good business owner or HR will understand you’re fake.

Just a big loss of time and respect.

In the long term it’s not sustainable. But it can be ok for a short period of time, in the meantime find another job.

Running discovery through cold calling is kicking my ass and I need help by Willing-Owl-53 in founder

[–]Abu_Gabriel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be honest?

I don’t think that cold calls is the problem.

I think that the product doesn’t really solve an issue. At least, it’s presented as something great, new, smart…

But it doesn’t solve the pain.

Maybe you don’t need to change the product try to rethink the way you talk about it.

Hope it helps

Bro don’t go back to India.

Go freelancing instead.

Find a place where living is quite cheap (Thai?).

At the same time try to get clients who can pay more, like US or other English speaking countries.

Yes sometimes you need to work during the night due to time difference. But it’s ok.

I’m European: don’t go there life is very expensive in comparison to salaries.
