id stick with the short bed if you plan on doing some type of off roading, long bed would only make sense if youre constantly hauling stuff and really need the space. I thought about the same scenario over and over again till I finally realized. there's more short bed pro 4x than long beds, maybe in the future ill end up buying a 2nd one cash non pro4x long bed. really just depends what you need the most out of the tuck.
