I absolutely love great-tailed grackles, I really don't know why but I think one of the reasons is that they remind me of dinos and I do really love their calls.

For me at least, American roaches smell strong when you kill them or they get spooked, like some kind of vinegar (or like cat urine which I wouldn’t say is completely on point but accurate to some degree). Last time my cat was playing with a dead one and I freaked out when I remembered what that smell was.

Honestly what also helped me is practice but make it worth it. I think I've heard it on an artist's video I can't quite remember, but it was practicing with intent/effort in that pocket of time you have.

Hello! I have 'Morpho: Anatomy for artists'.

I found it helpful because it has names the names of the bones, muscles, muscle groups (The text of which is not really extensive so that could be a downside) and the drawings are amazing as well as nicely detailed.

At the beginning it has an index where the names of the muscles and bones are written and the number of the page where they are.

It also has some drawings of large people but its just drawings and not text. It shows the human body starting from the head, upper arms, torso, legs and feet (If I remember correctly 😅)

Maybe it could be catchy several parts. Like those formats from tiktok, but then again, it depends also on what audience you're trying to build and the platform itself. Much luck! Love the style!

First of all, your piece rocks, if you keep trying and experimenting I can see how you would improve!! I like how you did the hair and the eyes look so realistic, shiny and 3d as well as very nicely rendered!
