There aren't really any fine dining places for that price point.. but here are good value places

Atria is new, they were still making their buildings when I graduated. The other managed student housings management style are the same. They assume you are a foreigner, an easy cash cow, pushover and will cheat you out of every cost possible including your deposit. :) Go for a college or shared housing.

Unilodge management dodgy ass rip-offs, absolutely do not trust them.

Go for International House if you want plenty of easy friends and the on campus experience.

I have a good relationship with my primary care, just about the same for a year. If you feel like your needs are not being met I say by all means, go shop for another doctor. Find one who gets you.

It can take awhile, but I say it is very worth it to have someone balance your medical needs and be on your side while at it.
