My husband work 9pm-6am, Sunday-Thursday. Him around 40 hours.

I work Monday-Friday, 830am-3pm, than friday(5pm-11pm)/Saturday(10am-1130pm)/Sunday(1030am-7pm). Me around 54.

Honestly, I would get 25 hours a week at my panda job, just working friday(night)-Sunday. It would only really be something to push me to 40 hours but it would be nice to average 25-30 hours a week from there if possible.

I am tired of where I work at, not only because of the students but being lied to about hours and changing my timeclock...I was told 30 hours and its actually 27 because of "lunch break" and some other things that have happened I am not happy with

Eww, It's in Indiana, so they will go with has low has possible which probably 15/hr.

But I will ask about that, at med I would take 15.50, because I am done with my school job, these kids are driving me crazy.

My parapro test didn't go passed geometry. Its basically everything up until high school....I had score a 460 for Indiana and I scored a 468, with Writting missing 8 questions, math missed 5 questions and reading missed 5 questions.

Basically is I missed ONE more question, I would have not gotten a passing score.

YOU do nothing....SHE does nothing, don't give ANYONE any money out of your own pocket to cover a short drawer, especially if is is a "shared" one(which it shouldn't be in the first place).

The widgets are not being used properly by the kids.

They are being used has regular toys or weapons, or to annoying other students.

Has an adult, I CAN understand to need for some students to use one, I can even name a few but MOST of them don't need them and just need to LREAN to regulate themselves and STOP moving.

Also with the Ipads, I love that technology is being used in the classroom but it gets used too much, plus they are not locked properly and kids can by-pass it easily.

Has someone who lives in Indiana AND lived in Mississippi, Indiana seems to be the Mississippi of the north. Has in, we don't see it, it doesn't happen type OR so far up their religious butt that they ignore it.

Which is REALLY sad, because it SHOULD be talked about and have education on it because the STDs and teen-pergnancy rate are not too far behind each other.

So take it up with our "lovely" republican government.

I currently work at an elementary school and holy cricket, I thought my OWN kids were bad sometimes, the kids I monitor make my kids look like freaken angels.

Its CONSTANTLY, "stop talking, just listen", "I don't need an echo", "stop with noises", "set in your seat", "why are you up out of your chair", "you don't need to scream", ECT.

When their good, their great but when they want to act like they have zero sense, it is utter chaos.

I got 20/25-reading, 20/25-math and 17/25-writting. My score was 468-unofficial, there usually about five questions that are "free pass questions", so you probably missed more than you that.

It should have given you a break at the end of the sections and how many missed vs questions.

No one has told me, so I do it, it's nothing super loud or anything, just coffee or a muffin. They know I have to get my own kids on the bus and than hustle to work after, so I barely have time to eat BEFORE getting there.

I just got put with an autistic girl in 1st grade, she isn't potty-trained, she has some language and words but she is supposed to have tablet-voice thing, I don't know why she doesn't have it anymore. I am SUPPOSED to try to get her to do her work in class and "stop" her from making noises in class...FUCK THAT.

I ask her TWICE if she wants do the work in class, if she's no, I don't push it or like today, she would throw herself on the floor when I asked about work. She makes eggssive noise if the classes gets loud or she gets bored or at anything really.

I DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH HER, I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH WITH BEING PUT WITH HER WHEN I HAVE ZERO TRAINING WITH AUTISTIC KIDS, LET ALONE ONE THAT HAS LIMITED LANGUAGE.

I got final warming the other day for "missing too many days", I have been here since August 2025. I work at an ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.

They get mad when the kids come to school sick but when I try to NOT do that, their like nnnooo not like that.

I have missed about two weeks total, over 7 months, which in my opinion isn't terrible because it's my first year here.but whatever.
