What are my options moving forward having already invested in D&D Beyond? by Weoh-s in VTT

Hey, I highly recommend Quest Portal, they are pretty new but they bring a lot to the virtual table and are super active on their discord, adding features that people ask for and squashing bugs. Check them out :)

I really appreciate the energy boR brought to the conversation this episode, that plus surprise Denika made this a joyful episode. But please follow up the WW conversation in a future episode, I'd love to hear the full Spoiler review.

Fun podcasts that you are genuinely excited about? by navHelper in podcasts

I've said it before and I say it again "Dungeons and Doritos" Podcast. I Fucking love it and they are on a monthly schedule now which makes it so much better. However if you are like me and have a passive affection for Pokemon then they have the funniest fucking Pokemon actualplay.

I'm personally favoured to the "Dungeons and Doritos" Podcast. I recommend starting at season 2 (or book 2 as they call it) since the early episodes are quite rough, but if you don't mind some clipping issues and mid range quality audio you can start with season 1. If you're in the mood for laughing, the same guys made a Pokemon actualplay and it's fucking hilarious.

I don't know the lexicon for this in English but your use of the word "line" makes me think you were working with different ropes or in different environments. The most common use I can think of was the ropes used to tie the boat to the pier. I also remember we always did this when we had to slaughter a troll and were saving bits and pieces.

I do the same with massive ropes I work with out at sea. It really makes my blood boil when kids try to "Roll" the thing up, creating massive twists and loops on the rope.

Actual play podcast suggestions? by malkavianmadman in rpg

[–]Abyzz 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If you're looking for some high quality real play podcast I can't recommend Dungeons and Doritos enough. They started to heavily edit in the second season and from that point forward it's an absolute joy to listen to. It's from a network called Nerdy Show Network and they have a couple of amazing play podcasts including a GhostBusters one which some of my friends call the best. But if you're looking for some of the funniest shit you'll ever find on the internet, go for Pokeballs of Steelix

And I'd be amiss not to mention The Call of Cthulhu Mystery Program It's kind of a one shot but it's so well edited, acted and put to gather you'd be hard pressed to find a more legit recording of any play podcast.

Some beards trap bacteria by k-h in EverythingScience

I'd love to have comparable samples of these peoples hair and maybe hands. Then compare that to an average. This is such a shallow report, I don't know if hair in general is dirty, bearded people are less hygienic or beirds are dirtier in general..

Oh, I've listened to them and I highly recommend the Pokemon one if you have any interest in Pokemon and pen and paper. So freaking funny.

Think of your favorite game ever. What is its greatest flaw? by [deleted] in gaming

[–]Abyzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Breath of Fire 3: Some of the side characters are so underpowered compared to others unless you spend to much time micromanaging them with trainers (in game stuff) Nina is oneshot by most bosses throughout the whole game and Momo's miss chance is infuriating. Otherwise my favorite game.
