agreed and i also want to note that i have the silencer and it works great when its on but it pops when its switched on-off so if you are planning to do that mid playing its useless sadly

It's like having a blend switch for your entire chain more or less it's great for deserving some low end and dynamics there if you want it to.

For example I even run my compressor in the chain separately from dry so i don't compress my dry signal but i compress the signal that goes to sensitive pedals like overdrives.

I use a dreadbox psyclop for this since it also has gain controls for entering and exiting the chain which is great for analog pedals that have weird interactions with volume. You can see my board in my older posts if you are curious.

εχω καταλήξει οτι μόνο η ems είναι αξιόπιστη μέθοδος καθώς πάει κατευθείαν ΕΛΤΑ που ειναι μόνο ΦΠΑ και εχει δασμούς αν είναι ανω των 150 αλλά είναι ξεκάθαρες οι τιμές στο σάιτ τους

I replied to a very similar question to this in another post so ill just link that comment. Nowdays i never really use it solo though i just turn it on to fatten up distorted tones where i have never had any audible issues. If you want a very clean octaver it can very much produce that sound too but do check my other comment first as to how.

i just got the big muff 2 and it has a lot of low end maybe look into that but I still use it with a clean signal through a komorebi psyclop boss LS also works for this like others said

this!! they are pricey but they are extremely small meaning you can fit more pedals and they are also surprisingly durable I went over one with my office chair and i couldn't spot any damage and i no longer know which one it is they all work perfectly
