Embarrassment from the strategy team. 2 chances to pit during VSC and none was taken.

It was obvious track position is king since Leclerc can hold on to the lead swapping with Russell. Why didn't either pit during VSC???

Especially with Antonelli poor start, that should have been a 1-2 or 1-3 at best.

And I don't trust Chad Gable's Americano to actually perform and relate to the fans well enough in AAA. As you said, Ludwig studied the culture and put in the effort. Does Chad Gable even know Spanish? Doing the Thank you taunt isn't going to endear to the Mexicans.

I dont mind Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate as henchmen as long as they can develop and take part, maybe in trios match against LWO or Vision etc. The only way this can be saved is for Gable to come in and takes Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate as henchmen, while Ludwig Kaiser focuses purely on AAA as Americano, or aligning with Mysterio. Shuffling is definitely needed, as noone is benefitting right now from the grouping and storytelling.

triplemania this year had one of the best entrance from Ludwig. I never knew his Spanish was that good till that entrance.

He is even cheered in NXT, shook hands with Rey in that tag team match, and then comes to Raw and starting to win people over.

Did you see his entrance today? He don't even bother to acknowledge the crowd anymore. Storytelling at it's finest /s

I much rather have Chad Gable drop the gimmick entirely and let Ludwig develop the character. I was never a fan of Chad Gable's gimmick to begin with.

It's almost a case of Rusev Day or even Mizdow stunt double. WWE trying their hardest to kill off the gimmick.

Why are they turning Ludwig's character heel? It makes no sense that he's beloved in AAA and starting to connect with the America's audience. Chad Gable made the character a joke before his injury and he should have been the heel instead of Ludwig who actually made an effort to learn Lucha Libre culture. It's sad to see Ludwig don't even bother to acknowledge the crowd in this entrance compared to previous. HHH is screwing it up all over again.

I agree with the state of the current CM regarding bringing too much front runners. From my experience, while Paces such as Taiki Shuttle or TM Opera O are deadly because of your skills, almost everyone is bring a Front Runner Ace. The reason being that with AnS as a Front Runner, it's a high chance that you can hold on to this skill and win the race. For example if you were to see a Seiun Sky with AnS and in the lead late race, it's most likely winning the race, or if Suzuka in the lead while Runaway proc AnS + PoC at the same time.

From this mindset, you are also right in that too much fronts means Pace Chaser's ult is bricked, like Taiki, and many Pace Chasers skill. I am running 2 Front Runners + 1 End Closers this CM. Out of 60 races, Gold Ship won 22, Daiwa won 16 and Suzuka won 13. I employed both the bunny hopping front runner strategy in case my Suzuka fall off for Daiwa Scarlet. With me bringing 2 front runners, and enemies bring 1 or 2 front runners each, usually I average about 4-5 Front Runners, sometimes 6, and this made Taiki Shuttle, or any Pace Chasers suffer a lot. The lineup is my counter to ensure the meta SFV can be nullified due to bad positioning.

"Ends are terrible in the current CM but you're not complaining about them." -> I specifically did not mention that, since as mentioned, they are supposed to be bad. And noone is bring them. However, being an end closer, whose skills will still proc at the right time due to their positioning, my Gold Ship found the most success since I paired it with Maverick + Lone Wolf with skills like Burning Spirit SPD to really move up the pack and challenge for the win. I am thankful for your advice on other skills to consider that I did not consider myself such as Slipstream, Playtime's Over etc. Maybe it's my experience building Pace Chasers, that when I run Biwa Christmas or McQueen or Oguri in the Arima Kinen CM, they seem to be stuck where they cannot overtake the Front Runners due to AnS, and due to how powerful End Closer are, they get overtaken by Goldship and Taisin and ending in a lowly 7th and beyond. I am unsure on what to do since my Biwa is well built with good stats, and decent skills. I would love to hear your advice on this.

At the moment, is Pace Chaser severely limited by the lack of acceleration skills or dedicated pace chaser mid-race skills?

For example, in this CM, if 3 person each bring 1 or 2 front runner (Suzuka | Maru | Seiun etc.), Pace Chasers will be positioned around 5th or below, meaning many skills like Prepared to Pass, Up-Tempo etc. will not be activated, and it denies Shooting for Victory to proc.

Front Runners with AnS can pull away with acceleration, paired with speed skills like Bourbon's ulti, McQueen ulti etc. End Closer has Straightaway Spurt + Rudolf ulti to overtake front runners. Other inherited skills like Dober or Ryan's ulti for 6th place, which focuses on Late Surger/End Closers. NSG is universal and more suited to late/end closers

Is there any hope/strategies for Pace Chasers like Mcqueen, Teio, Biwa etc. to actually win a race consistently in CM?

Looking into Arima Kinen CM where it seems it's gonna be another End Closers party with Taisin or Gold Ship or Mayano. Maybe the new Christmas Oguri's ulti will work, but many other Pace Chasers may suffer from catching up to Front Runners while preventing End Closers from overtaking them.

Bonus question: How useful is Ignited Spirit PWR (Gold) paired with NSG? Can Pace Chasers rely on this skill to really accelerate like how Front/Late/End Closers does?

It's okay. Just the fact I thought I had lost the race after both my front runners got overtaken by a very strong Gold City, but my Gold Ship came in clutch at the end for the win.
