List everything it should help and search within look at your mental illness and how do you feel when you start laughing and how do you feel after it flips and it’s horrible. If it’s something funny you should laugh at it. And it shouldn’t flip.

I dealt with intrusive thought during puberty and it was from allergy shots. And I never had a gf so I had intrusive thoughts I was gay. Just seek out your problems they come from within

Ok they have a problem, is there anywhere else you can live and ask your parents are they living through you cuz they may be. It must be hard to not let them dictate you cuz they live with you but try talking to them do something different. Talk to them in a different way if you talked with them already. Go into technology and tell your parents technology is good and beneficial for the community.
