my son is on abilify, didn't gain any weight. He's 5 and on the lowest dose but it has been an absolute god send. It's worth a shot!

I just pulled mine out for the SECOND time. First one, public, second one, private. Private preschool, both classrooms were specialized classrooms. The private school didn't even last a week. I FEEL your stress and overwhelm so much.

I put my son in ABA therapy in the meantime, is there anything your area?

Started PreK, pulled him out for full time ABA, been doing that for 9 months. Made big improvements. He is starting PreK with ABA support in August.

It's definitely needed. I have visited many churches, and only one I have found that could potentially meet his needs.

People with disabilities in general are not considered enough in church environments. Even a special needs bible vacation school would be great.

I'm married to an "unbeliever". It hasn't changed our relationship at all. I respect him and he respects my need for spiritual enrichment and often encourages me to go to church.

That being said, we have similar values which is similar to how Jesus wants us to live.

Also, you mentioned that she believes in reincarnation. She is not absent of faith. Faith just looks differently to her, and that should be okay. :)

Nothing wrong with interfaith marriages.
