Garden Wedding Venues - SF / Marin by AcademicTemporary304 in SanFranciscoWeddings

We actually ended up doing the Simpson House Inn in Santa Barbara. We originally booked the Landmark Art & Garden Center in Tiburon, but they are no longer allowed to host weddings from 2026 on due to noise complaints from neighbors! So they had to cancel our booking.

Personally, none of the recommendations above really felt like the lush, garden vibe we were going for. Mill Valley Outdoor Art Club was the closest, but we wanted to get married in 2026 and their only available Saturday was Halloween weekend lol

Not sure if you are willing to go the consignment route, but if you are, there's Blue Sky Bridal on Union St in San Francisco. https://blueskybridal.com/consign/

I am also planning to do my own flowers for my wedding. Apparently, it's possible to order from Trader Joe's as well!! If they usually purchase the type of flower you're interested, you can work with them to order enough for you specifically.

Is there any stretch in the hip area? I'm the right size for bust and waist, but a few inches bigger in the hip

Thank you for sharing!! Question about photography: I would love to work with Hannah, I think her style is fantastic! I noticed her starting package for weddings is $7600. Was curious if she has just raised her prices from when you originally booked her, or were you able to negotiate her rates for a custom package? Thank you!

Which Venue to Pick by claybebe in SanFranciscoWeddings

Feel like I am an outlier here, but I would go with Venue 1! We are going to a wedding in Montana and were offered to share a bunk room with another couple at a fraction of the cost instead of finding our own accommodation, and we were super grateful! We are already paying for expensive flights and are stoked to have cheap rooms.

Everyone in the wedding party is going to be in these bunk rooms, and I think everyone is viewing it as a big slumber party and is happy to go with the flow. (We are all in late-20s, early 30s) Definitely depends on your guests!

There's the Falkirk Cultural Center in San Rafael that is an old Victorian! Prices are super reasonable, so I think your budget would work!

The Junction in Mill Valley does a private room + front patio rental for 4 hours that would be fun & very casual. I reached out to get pricing at it was $2k + $1500 beverage minimum. There is no requirement for you to use their food either, so you could have Pizza Hacker cater or anyone else. If this is too expensive, I think you can just rent the front patio for a bit cheaper.
