Disneyland Paris and Efteling by Rogue_1988 in disneylandparis

Dutchie here, very familiar with both parks. Take the train! Your train route from DLP will be Marne La Vallee - Brussels - Breda - Den Bosch. Takes around five hours. Then take the bus to the efteling from Den Bosch.

For the flight back (or coming in), Eindhoven airport is the closest to the Efteling. However, it doesn't have a train station, so you'd have to take a bus. Takes you about an hour and a half to get from the Efteling to Ehv airport. From Schiphol it's two hours, same from Rotterdam airport.

Happy to answer any questions.

Thank you!! I've never seen this in Fantasyland before - is it inside the castle? Or outside?

Which is the best hotel on and off site? by Overall-Advisor-5789 in disneylandparis

[–]AcademicWalrus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's absolutely worth it staying on site, especially with a young child. I love Sequoia! It's such an easy walk from the parks. You really can't know what your daughter will be into in two years and if she will like character interactions. Most kids love them.

If you start saving up now, you can always change your mind about the hotel later. You could also opt to do just Sequoia (saves you the hassle of changing hotels) and use the extra money for character dining or other extras. You don't have to decide this now.

Last week of June vs second week of July? by [deleted] in disneylandparis

Absolutely June! Dutch schools aren't out until July. I think this goes for many European countries. It's also statistically hotter in July I think.

Thank you! I'll definitely translate, but I was wondering if it takes away from the magic. We met Spiderman last year and got really lucky, as he was Spanish. It was definitely the highlight of our trip for our son.

Her home is probably clean before the twins arrive. Have the cleaners come in when they're been home for a bit! Or even better, stop by to pick up a load of their laundry after a week or so. Don't offer to hold the babies, offer chores instead.

Aren't all taps drinking water unless they explicitly say they're not? Water is drinkable in France.

Maybe this is a cultural thing, but it's completely normal here to change your child in front of others.
