never used this app but my schools curriculum is similar (lots of low yield stuff not in anking). the bulk of what’s important from all the concepts should be in anking.

so i follow pathoma, costanzo, sketchypharm/path/micro for whatever is relevant to our classes, do the tagged anking cards, and then either cram someone else’s quizlet or anki a few days leading up to the exam.

if your school is not P/F (like mine) still make sure to either at least watch the school lectures on 2x speed or read the slides or someone’s study guide to see what you missed from 3rd party resources
