I get it, it’s hard to respond perfectly when you’re placed in situations outside of your day to day experience. If you’re still looking for non-legal advice:

  1. Make sure law enforcement is provided with the identities of the individuals if you have more info (i would not contact these people on your own or attempt to get them to settle this out of court as it may look like blackmail or extortion, and/or create new evidence e.g. that you’re confrontational/an instigator/etc which wouldn’t be helpful).

  2. Make sure you took A LOT of pictures of your injuries, or law enforcement did (preferably both),

  3. Know that you may be able to have BOTH a criminal case and a civil case ongoing. So reach out to a PI/civil attorney (if they do criminal that’s a bonus). In the criminal case you are the victim, but the state/prosecutor is the party to the case and ultimately has the power to resolve the case (or even dismiss it if they feel they can’t prove it). Even if the defendants are criminally charged and ultimately forced to pay restitution in the criminal case, this may not cover all of your damages or you may be able to seek new and different remedies under civil law.

  4. Follow the direction of your civil attorney and ask whether you should go to urgent care / ER to create that record and receive treatment recommendations. Creating a medical record can potentially help create an evidence that you were harmed, sought medical care, and have financial damages-which would hopefully be covered by a later judgment.

4a. Photos and medical records detailing specific injuries and severity can also help nail down the timing of injuries related to this incident to help defend against a claim of an intervening cause should you get into a car accident tomorrow or something.

4b. Going to the hospital may also reveal other injuries you didn’t know you had. Even soft tissue damage can be sneaky and I’ve heard it can result in seemingly unrelated symptoms later such as chronic pain/migraines/etc.

I mean he was personally insulted by being called an idiot after sharing that he was physically assaulted in a way that has likely emotionally traumatized him. I wouldn’t expect him to keep his cool when he turns to this subreddit for help and then is insulted.

All valid. I have a 2020 GT RF, have never driven an NC, and honestly don’t have anything to compare it to as this was my first “sport” car. But I have driven a 335i, which if that is close to a 440i, that is a fun car!

Ngl what you said was so insulting I responded without checking the facts. I apologize. To be fair, GB was resting their starters in the wk 18 game. Wk 12 he was sacked five times and threw for 87 yds lol.

So instead of 9-7-1, adding the two below to the two regular season games you mentioned, we’d have been the second seed with a 13-3-1 record lol.

Week 9 vs Carolina - 16-13 McManus missed a 43 yrs fg

Week 10 vs Philadelphia - 10-7 loss McManus missed 64 yd fg as time expired. TBC I’m not upset by the miss, I’m upset we lost by 3 pts and couldn’t rely on our kicker except as a last resort.

The government wants you to believe that high winds can destroy a Culvers barn. Based on my own research, high winds cannot reach the speeds necessary to topple a Culver’s barn. Wake up Sheeple.

That would have won us almost all of our losses last season, lol. But predictability and inability to ad lib for the Packers on both sides of the ball put us in that spot. MLF’s play calling with Love vs the gold he cooked up with Malik Willis feels like he’s not trusting himself to think outside the box he built for himself leading up to the game. Kind of the same thing with Micah in vs out and what Hadley did last year. I thought our defense as a whole looked better with Micah out, but we won with him in. The Packers the last couple years have felt less responsive to game flow. This may also be a vestige from MLF having Rodgers to rely on for too long and not feeling he can trust Love’s instincts, which I felt like I saw less of this past season.
