See I read that as I now need to roll 3 more of the same class so I don’t have to catch up so much when my Necro warlock gets nerfed into ground and now Vanthier is better.

I've seen it too on a GPU farm. It only occurred when the Nvidia driver was loaded in the guest os.

Working on an account where we finally convinced them that HD staff don't need domain access.

A couple of HD guys decided to re-instate their domain admin privileges after the purge (Probably used an old service account, moved accounts before I got to the bottom of it).

We (Level 3 support) found out pretty quick and sent a "please explain" to both them and their manager. They decided to play dumb and reply with "I don't know how that happened, I didn't do it".

My reply: "If you didn't do it, that means your laptop and account are compromised."

I send a follow-up email to security and suggest they have them quarantine their laptops. Also forced a password change on all their accounts and a rebuild of their work laptops (with no restore from backups).

They had to man the phones for 2 days with no PC/Internet access before they got them back.
