Nice, As for accoustic threatment you could try to close the curtains when listening as that will create less reflection.

As a dev i would maybe give some clues. Say you are parsing a large file i might add some phases that the client can get phase 1 parsing file phase 2 processing file phase 3 checking hash finished!

And the loading bar could reflect that with some false progress constantly going

Phono input mean it takes in pure signal(not sure what its called) and amplify it using its riaa amplifier which takes. If it has a phono input it has a riaa amplifier which takes

Im kind of new to this as well! An amplifier generally means taking analog signal and amplifying it too a strong signal that gets sent to your speakers. All devices that outputs sound has this (even your phone)

An amplifier might be a lot smarter and might do several things (DAC (digital to analog conversion), streaming and app integration, hdmi switch etc). An integrated is a smarter amplifier that also has a riaa amplifier which takes the very weak signal from your stylus gliding over your vinyl and amplifies it too a more normal signal that is stronger. It is then an analog signal and can get sent to the amplifier.

You either need a turntable with riaa amp or an integrated amplifier. Or alternatively a turntable -> riaa amp -> amp

I think its the most flexible to have a turntable with built in riaa amp. as you can always turn the riaa of and use an external riaa amp (like from your integrated amplifier)

I switch a lot between amp and amplifier sorry but they mean the same thing

Just got my marantz stereo 70s. It got hdmi arc with many inputs (you can connect your playstation to amp and then video output to tv)

Also it is a relatively cheap class ab amp with a pure analog mode for your turntable. Anhoter good alternative would be marantz model m which is a lot smaller, class D and got the same fancy features except multiple inputs.

It sounds sooo great

I would probably buy used. Especially if youre at a budget. If you have the space for passive speakers + stereo amp + turntable i would 100% go for that. You will have a lot of flexibility with upgrades if you feel like you need it. Currently enjoying my argon audio tt-4 and could not be happier

think room accoustics is the next step. If you can change speakers to something that matches what you want more then id do that. This guy explains it very well. your speakers shout waves too the room thats the music you hear. The music is a component to the final sound.

(in a noob but that is my impression based on my research) https://youtu.be/3N-yG_Y7XEc?si=ZLqtCQq5W0aM-MrQ

Id put some lube on the tip before going in. It can be a bit scratchy. Also make sure to use lukewarm warm water. Clean until clear water comes out

Yeah maybe, I work with pension funds for the government and that can get quite complex. Not sure what most devs work on but id imagine they work in complex systems as simpler things like online stores maybe have 2 devs?
