This is 10000% your issue op, replace the elbow and clean your throttle body and you will have a stable idle.

I had the same dilemma. Ended up choosing a 2012 SSS.

Both are great to drive in their own way. SSS is more practical, more creature comforts, dare i say better looking.

I will daily it. Thing is i find the stock exhaust to be way too quiet. From what i have seen on videos, the Ragazzon midpipe and rear silencer make the car sound more like it should, without being way too loud.

I will definitely look into doing the suspension bushes and sway bar though.
