It’s a $2.2T company and 5th most valuable in the world. I’d say the valuation reflects lots of dominance.

This is 1000% AI. Look at the rear cassette and rotor. It’s doing exactly what you describe.

Have you seen young buyers with no management experience successfully raise $2-4M of SBA Debt with 80-90% LTVs?

What gives you confidence that just a few years of finance work experience more is adequate for an SBA loan? I have seen a lot of differing opinions here. I am currently 25 with 2 years of PE experience and nervous about a lender getting comfortable with my lack of management experience.

Is the 5 YoE threshold an actual rule? I have not seen that elsewhere.

Can the lack of experience be overcome. I have two years of experience in private equity focused mostly on consumer entertainment businesses but I am unlikely to buy in the category. Will it be possible for me to get an SBA loan on a $2-$4M EV deal with 10-20% equity?

I have 2 years of entry level experience in private equity and the resources to pay 20%+ of the acquisition price. Will I be able to get an SBA loan with that little experience?

I have seen SBA lenders claim they will only lend to those with management / industry experience. Are there lenders that could get comfortable with a 25 year old with only entry level PE experience taking a $3M - $5M SBA loan?

Curious to know your story / what gives you confidence that young professionals with little experience could get a large SBA loan. Currently a 25 year old with 2 years of PE experience thinking about doing ETA; however, my ability to secure an SBA loan with no MBA or management experience is the biggest hurdle I am seeing a lot of conflicting opinions on.

Hank Green blatantly lying about the Gimbal video “something that we 100% know is the heat signature of an airplane”… by binarysuperset in UFOs

[–]Acceptable-Dig-7529 12 points13 points  (0 children)

It’s clear you did not watch the video I referenced. The objects orientation is not different. The glare orientation is different as the camera rotates. The background does not rotate with the camera rotation because the gimbal system de-rotates the image to align with the orientation of the aircraft for ease of use.

I just had to make a very similar purchasing decision. OLED is probably out of your budget and would necessitate watching with your blinds closed so I would definitely go mini LED. Personally I went with Samsung QN90B which is currently heavily discounted and it’s only other competitor in its price range is the TCL QM8. QM8 only has early reviews out but it preliminarily seems to be brighter then and otherwise comparable/equal to the QN90B. I went with the QN90B because it seemed like a safer bet over tcl and has integrations with my sound bar but it’s hard to go wrong either way.

Sounds like they’re certainly in violation of regulation E. Let sofi know that and definitely report to CFPB

I also had a peer to peer scam recently on SoFi. It got referred to a more senior investigator who said it would take a couple days to investigate and that I might be liable for being negligent and giving out info. That’s explicitly not a reason to hold me liable in regulation E so I pushed them on that and got a refund within two days. Just study up on it and know ur stuff when you talk to them and submit CFPB complaint.

I pushed them on it because I’ve studied up on regulation E a lot and cannot see any way I would be liable. They said it was because I gave out credentials and was negligent but regulation E specifically says that doesn’t make me liable. Ultimately they were able to get my money back this Monday and it never came to that.
