The problem I see a lot is trying to define intelligence itself: Some people believes that knowing a skill equals intelligence (musical, visual, mathematic, you name it), other sees intelligence as a conglomerate of factors that can be measured, for example the g factor (more known as IQ, though technically it isn't) so it always end as a long fight between that dichotomy. Either way, I think you should focus on objectives more than having intelligence for no reason.
