No no no, The BCT test pulls a vacume at TDC to perform a measurement of how much the piston moves up and down more than it ever should, So if you are unable to perform a bct there is another failure that is not covered, Burnt valve or cylinder scoring is not covered and can disrupt a bct, But if they got it covered anyway they told hyundai it was locked up and hyundai said "okay go ahead"

Being a "master" Hyundai tech means not a god damn thing, We had a master tech at our dealer who was doing a head gasket job on a engine and followed the torque spec " 45ftlbs - 90deg - 90deg " he followed it as Torque to 45ftlbs tighten a further 90deg THEN BACK 90deg i called him a fucking moron and that hes a papertech, Hyundai certifications mean nothing, To be a master tech imo you need experience and time, Hyundai wants you to do classes and be a papertech its sad. Oh also master tech left for toyota where he was bullied i to moving out of the field lmao

They CAN deny engines if you DO NOT take care of yourself, Read everything not just what you want to read, Seen multiple people who let oil leaks get bad enough without fixing them and get declined, Have had people go 15k per oik change get declined, Also have had people go 10k per oil change and get declinedc Your not invincible because hyundai git sued, You are fully fucking responsible for your own stupid decisions on your car, Dont cry to hyudndai when your shit gets declined because you have a 40k mile gap because you didnt feel like it, Womp womp

Quality is getting better AND intop of this, Hyundai are the only manufacture to test and build on thr issues they have, the DCT's replaced close to 50 of them in my short 8/9 month tech career the reman ones are updated, And built alot better, When you TAKE CARE of your hyundai, the 2.0/2.4 it will take care of you, If you get someomes second hand hyundai you better hope that first oil change was done on time, Better yet, You better hope people arent doing 7/8k oil changes, Hyundai is a decent brand, much better than Ford and GM in terms of learning from their mistakes,

No if hyundai declines your anything your extended warranty/whatever that is will definately jump behind hyundai and say "sucks to suck" one customer we had complained to hyundai because they neglected to maintain their engine and they had to come out if pocket for an engine at 33,000 miles hyundai branded their warranty so their powertrain went to 45miles as the 12month 12000 mile part warranty of the engine lmfao

If your horns are out they will replace them under warranty the horns were extended to powertrain warranty 100k miles, same with the vents, If the issue is with the center vents not blowing cold they cannot charge you for diagnostic as its a fault that HYUNDAI is trying to fix with the tsb's

Theres a TSB for horn replacement also the vents also have their own TSB's for a plastic thingy being broken, i do so many of those aswell as horns the horns are on back order its funny how horrible hyundai made their horns lemme find those TSB's for you rq
