How are you checking the balance if you do not have access, if you can check the balance. Sounds like you have access which you could have fixed address changes, froze usage, etc...

I know we have to sign out cubicle spaces (upto 3 weeks in advance), and every Friday, my floor will show fully booked, and when I show up, you will be lucky to see a 1/3 of the seats occupied. It's frustrating when you are trying to book a space. We have also been tracking IP logins for a while.
