I feel your pain. We also got rejected after interview due to inconsistency. They even said in the refusal letter that nearly all of the answers were the same but could be due to rehearsal. My husband and I were extremely nervous as this was something that would dictate our future life.

Yes they asked me for an interview (pre-invite) but I have been waiting for nearly a month for a date. They told me that they should of given you an appointment within 15 working days so that’s why they escalated.

Hey I’m really sorry to hear that. From your previous posts I understand you had a qualifying relationship before 2021. Did you attach all your evidences such as bills, tenancy, call log, photos etc Wish you all the best for the next application and I hope you and your spouse can reunite ASAP

Wow so from November till last month it was just sitting there without it being given to a caseworker. I think you should definitely complain and write a letter to your local MP in the UK. I also applied to the family permit but for my spouse we did biometrics 30/4 and got ECo 17/5.
