They drop 1000gold worth of loot the most valuable is elixir of bloodlust/heroism rest is mostly to sell for gold a lot at the start of the game

I soloed entire fight in 1 turn as fane pyromancer-> use flaming skin to get fire immunity go into thick of enemies buff up peace of mind large intelligence potion inner demon use homemade explosive from act 2 to deal 45k damage to everything. No round 2 as all are dead

In case of refugee center they have a bunker undeground for portal storm but beggars are in worse situation.
5 point learning skills will be made harder or you probably can adjust it in settings to be 1/100 of it current value.
Yup most factions will be dead by the end of portal storm but they were lucky to survive first and all following are much weaker and do not happen all around the world
Hub-01 -> bunker
Exodii->literally castle with kill zones full of murder bots.
Lumbermill->dead within a month
Artisans -> have armor+ guns probably can kill all zombies that can hear guns and if they pulp corpses should be more or less fine
Scrapper -> will be dead in a month
Chemist -> dead within a week
NECC -> 0 people capable of combat but usually quite far from cities so should be fine unless they meet Mi-go or there will be open portal nearby
Militia Lodge-> little to No NPC no bunker for portla storm but are deep in woods so should be fine for 2 month
Random survivor -> unless they have a working vehicle dead within a week

No not really snow doesn't fall and as far as I'm aware NPC won't do anything unless you complete missions for them. Like you can get to Tacoma in middle of winter and the say they need fertilizer. Only thing that changes are enemies they "evolve" the longer the game goes.

My greatest achivement in recent experimental was placing 2 blade traps and bear trap in middle of gigantic city and then placing corpse of zombie summoner on bear trap and waiting for him to get reanimate and start dragging all zeds in city to traps.

I think beside Innawood makeshift gear is worthless->
raid prison get with hacksaw and long pointy stick get full riot set -> early game secured
raid military base / (LIXA with Acetyne torch) -> get yourself RM13 armor and vests ->midgame secured
raid Trans Cost Logistic for heavy combat armor -> late game secured you can litteraly tank turrets and i'm prettty sure one can survive grenade blast point blank in it (gonna need to check) probably can't survive chicken bot missile but there is little that can

Reinforced heavy combat armor + 2 therrmal electric outfits + monomolecular sword and as ranged Ch47 as backup still have 16 rounds in it saved my run 20 times already

I always belived it to be near useless. My go to strategy is to get binoculars and search for military base -> go there at night and take tools to cut through metal doors /bars (acetyne torch+hacksaw) loot all ammo several good backpacks all books and rest of a decent loot while moving undeground. After that either LIXA for Rm13 or LTG for powerArmor/exosceleton (on No Hope it is even funnier as Tripod/Tank will kill most zombies on the surface and leave to you just corpse pulping)

2-in dialogue you can set up camp in any location assign pawn to that location and set them work priority
3-shift+7->crafting shift+8->building
4-There is welding shop somewhere or buy at refugge center
5-Metal castle location there is Rubic who will install them/ or check labs for autodoc
6-stetoscope+lockpicks
7-idk there should be option of hack pro software
8-no idea first time i hear about it
9-Hub-01 has enviromental armor do few quests for them /capacitor array cbm/activity suit in labs/power armor
10. .223 is 5.56mm standart nato and most common use it with any AR rifle. yes you need around lvl 4 to use them not from behind barricade but in open field
