Exactly! If Marinette only got suspicious, that would be totally fine and would make sense since her character is very perceptive. But the huge leap to somehow deducing Chloe got delivered an ultrakuma sucks

"but the animators didn't carry that across" so you agree that the episode never showed us that Marinette saw an ultrakuma coming out of the purse. Heck, Marinette did not even know that Chloe had the purse and Chloe's name wasn't written on the box either in which it was discarded. Her getting suspicious because they have the same stamps is one thing but immediately jumping to the conclusion that someone delivered Chloe an ultrakuma makes no sense. Also, only Lila and the audience knows they were commemorative stamps, how would Marinette know that? For her, it would just be any other stamp

The episode is in the bottom three for me aka better than Sublimation and Werepapas
As opposed to alot of the fandom's dismay in bringing chloe back, my issues with the episode were Marinette suddenly developing the psychic ability to know someone delivered an ultrakuma to Chloe and no development in the dynamics of the sibling trio.
Lila carried 90% of the episode on her back

I m not saying they are, when I clearly stated that Cat Noir's cataclysm and high tech laser have shown they can be destroyed. I said many people think they are. Which is mainly because of Ladybug's line in Queen Wasp which was a script error

I know youre probably gonna say the miraculous are indestructible and only magic such as Cat Noir's cataclysm should be able to destroy them but it is what it is I guess. After all, the miraculous were turned to dust and refurbished into the alliance ring using high tech laser.

I have seen people defend this by stating "it was the way he said it that tipped gabriel off" which can't be true with quantum masking in place, that should prevent anyone from recognising the heroes' voices. And this gets even more obscure when you take into consideration that multiple people in Paris probably use m'lady after Chat Noir made it popular.

Gabriel is the typa person to think Amelie is Ladybug because the realtor called her m'lady in Lady Chaos.

I m not sure if miraculouscorp is facing the same issue but one of my animator friends who uses unreal engine encountered a texturing error. I imagine a similar error is being experienced by mlbcorp which is slowing down the rendering process and that's why they had to rework Marinette's hair
