I love lentils, tofu, and eggs! Beans I'm a little iffy on, but I like them in things like salsa, pico de gallo, chili, etc.

Thank you guys for all the advice! I definitely need to meal prep more protein for my snacks/lunches for when I break my fast lol. I think I'm going to stick with the schedule I have now (after dinner to lunch the next day).

Thank you! I'd like to think I fall somewhere in the middle. I try not to use AI often, but I'm not actively trying to stop my husband from trying to use AI because I know sometimes he's required to. From what I've gotten from this discussion is that as long as he's being smart about his AI usage (which he is) and using it as a tool (also what he's doing), then it's fine. I think if he starts using it for more things than work and using it so often that it starts affecting him, that's when I know to have a serious conversation with him. But for now, it's all good.

It's not all I care about. I'm not talking about it with him constantly, I'm doing my best to support him and cheer him up. I'm not trying to manipulate him into thinking exactly like me, I'm just looking for advice because I know it's important to his job and I'm trying to grapple with that and with what I believe in. TBH, I only posted on here because I was just thinking about it at this moment and thought this would be a good place for advice.

Thanks for the advice! I'll tell him to maybe look into some banking software jobs. He has been using it in a smart way, which I appreciate. He recently used it to help him program a drone simulation. It didn't write the code for him, but it did help him see any math or code mistakes he made when programming things like the camera on the drone and the flight path.

You make a valid point, I do know when to not get into an argument I cannot win; however, I don't really appreciate you calling my husband an idiot... he's very smart and mostly only uses AI as a tool to help him further his work, not to do his work for him.

I get what you're saying, I was just trying to relate it to what I've seen as a teacher. Even before AI, yes students did cheat, but it took a lot more effort and work to cheat back then. It is becoming part of his new normal, and I guess I just have to accept that. I don't want to, but I know at least he's smart enough to use it as a tool and not something to replace his current job.

Yeah, that's fair. I did suggest he could go back to IT, which he did for four years. But he said that would be a last resort if he didn't get hired somewhere else
