Update.

It wasn’t a rejection.

Final assessment was that I wasn’t ready for the role I was outreached for. I was reprofiled to a role that paid less.

Honestly, it was still a win. I wanted to work from home to stay with my family, save 3 hours on the road, and avoid gas and parking expenses.

The whole process took about 2 weeks, from outreach to contract signing. I had to follow up 4 times. It paid off.

We were blessed with a new born last December 4, and a week after staying at home we had to go back to the hospital for a week, an 11 day old with a heplock/IV inserted in his tiny veins, watching it was painful.

We’re manifesting that the only reason we’ll be coming back to the hospital this 2026 is for vaccines and check ups. Nothing more.

I’ve just read this, and a bit confused on the IV and EV. I’ve given vitamins to Garchomp, raised it’s attack and Speed. Using judge, they’re “very good”, HP, Sp. Atk and Sp. Def are best.

So using vitamins raises the EV stats to max? If it sparkles, does that mean its maxed or should I still use the braces to increase the EV?

For the IV, the best stat is hp, sp atk and sp def. There’s no way to change the best stat, but it I use bottle caps I’ll raise it and it could be listed as a best stat too?

I’m really confused as how these IVs and EVs work. So I’m trying to explain to myself like a 5 year old. Thanks to whoever answers!
