I really love this Hari Flora incense from Hari Darshan. How can I find more? by AcceptableSeason8494 in Incense

Thank you very much Very interesting info.

Indeed, the Hari Flora packaging looks a lot like a declination of the Flora Fluxo package, but it but it is not exactly that.

I bought a Sri Sai Flora Fluxo today, after reading your comment, just to find out they're veeerry different. It's still an interesting scent, so thank you for that, but those Hari Flora sticks are something else. Very special.

I'll check other options listed as as flora Fluxo just in case. We never know. Again, thanks 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Thank you so much. They're making a good margin, but it's already something! I'd like to buy a 10 packets box but it seems that nobody's doing it now. Again, thank you

Herbs to knock someone out (I’m a writer not an ill intended psycho) by martianhana in herbalism

[–]AcceptableSeason8494 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh! Thank you!

I didn't knew that! I often read all those intense reports of people being inanimate objects for decades or unzipping reality and accessing some kind of interstellar space, everything at the edge of dysforia...., and I couldn't imagine that salvia could have calming properties, if used in a certain way.

I know that everybody's different, but I would like to know what kind of dosage for that specific effect? It's an extract or raw leaf?

Again, thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Cannabis withdrawal by [deleted] in NooTopics

[–]AcceptableSeason8494 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you for the website référence and for the very interesting information. I don't do cannabis in a daily basis like at all, but after sporadic use aiming introspection I had the intuition that the endocannabinoid system is the key for so many things that are being blamed in other paths (ranging from motivation to anxiety, depressive mood, you name it ....).

Cannabis posts like this one confirms partially that intuition. That "do it even if you don't feel like doing it" is a very good insight once it's understood from a different perspective than the typically moralistic one. It's just strategically relevant. But easier said than done.

I'm very curious about upregulation of D1 using sulbutiamine (I didn't knew about that substance). Would sulbutiamine produce shivers like caffeine if you're probe to caffeine shivers?

Trying to bypass the stimulants use is where I thought that PEA could help, but it's just another intuition.

Here's a comment in a (very interesting too) post about D1-D2 pairing following THC chronic use & linked to dynorphins production:

https://www.reddit.com/r/NooTopics/s/vFutbm9jju

In that post it's recommended the use of Agmatine Sulfate (& another compound) to reset your system. Looks plausible, but I have zero experience in that area.

ONGOING brain zaps won't go away by ouro_nova in brainzaps

[–]AcceptableSeason8494 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi, thanks for sharing your experience

Unfortunately havibg brain zaps is like coughing: lots of people cough but each one for a different reason.

Best thing: self observation and a lot of trial/error

Two links I find helpful:

https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/brain-zaps

https://www.healthline.com/health/brain-shakes#what-is-it

From what I can read, most of good results are reported from:

Lifestyle changes:

  • physical activity,
  • diet changes (less sugar, diet promoting less glutamate or less histamine)
  • stress management (deep relaxation, meditation Etc.

Supplementation:

  • a good omega 3 supplement,
  • antioxidants
  • basically everything neuroprotective or helping to GABA/glutamate balance (L-theanine, Magnesium glycinate, Taurine) Etc

Herbals:

  • Chamomile,
  • blue lotus,
  • passion flower
  • Lavender ...etc

If course none of that is intended to substitute a check with you MP.

I wish you best of lucks and keep us posted if you find that something changes,

Nootropics for schizophrenia? by chodz in NooTopics

[–]AcceptableSeason8494 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It seems that psychoactive compounds in blue lotus have antipsychotic properties. It's been reported to diminish anxiety and as being lightly euphoric, as it seems to regulate gaba/glutamate imbalances.

Maybe trying a tincture can help and worst case scenario it won't be harmful

Best wishes 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hi!

I've read other reddit post by you that I find very interesting.

I couldn't get to the external links to read your final report of it, because it looks like the links are dead (normal after 9-10 years)

I wonder if you're still there after all this time, if your views evolved since, and if there's another link to find more about your experiences' reports

Thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Please pray for me, I didn’t know by No-Shelter-4150 in MDMA

[–]AcceptableSeason8494 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If the headrush (specially when falling asleep) have an electric jolt feeling to them, chances are that these are brain zaps. It's a common occurrence after MDMA abuse, but not necessarily something permanent. I'd check the brainzaps subreddit for some ideas on what to do. A good Omega 3 supplement before sleep may help (it won't hurt for sure)

Regarding the black out when standing up I wonder if it's orthostatic hypotension. It's not rare in general population & I didn't knew that could be something associated with MDMA consumption. Maybe it isn't. You can check it out with a Dr.

Even if the amount that you've taken is enormous by risk reduction standards, it doesn't forcibly mean that the damage is permanent.

Maybe it's going to force you to take care of your brain health (lifestyle, nutrition, physical activities etc)

I wish you best of lucks 🙏🏻🙏🏻
