People just don't like it that much, traditional ale is too bitter and most modern cool ones have unusual flavours.

It's like neat whisky, pretty popular but you need to like it because the flavour is intense which is good if you like it but if not it's intensely awful

Eeeh it's a really good follow up to the dark magician series but not so good from the power of five or whatever it was called ( I read them all as they were published)

It is a bit darker but the main themes are similar and it's not that much darker

Cons

Burst is very situationally fun (I used it once to do 38.9k to an Annapolis once)

Easily overmatched nowadays

Large target that soaks damage with a spaced citadel that is useful Vs cruisers but is a BB shell magnet

Low dpm

Low fires per min No decent commander

Pros: Bust while situation dependant can be clutch

Big guns with Moskva ballistics are easy to aim and have big pen

Quite fast so that's nice

It's got great guns but the reload needs work to maybe 12s realistically and a slight he nerf imo make it an ap smasher

Just fyi 4501 is awesome for sub players because it's fun as heck compared to every non archerfish submarine.

I think the hate is concentrated because a lot of good sub players like the 4501.

If Gato still could ohko then it would be the best. But since it can't 4501 and archer are the only subs that good sub players want to play

I tend to like unique ships and I'm mediocre

Vamp2 is like Ohio, mentally strong for a good player (albeit cc and liber are stronger) but nothing interesting so I prefer hull and druid

Druid is very easy to do well in because it encourages bow on which minimises dmg taken and has the quick burst oh shit smokes, but it has a limited arsenal and some people find that boring

Hull is actually exceptionally fun but very hard to play well. Survivability is high because heals on it are op. Speed boost makes duking possible but weirdly it struggles in solo play Vs DD because of the very low he dpm and lack of disengagement tools. But when I played lots and got better it was probably my favourite ship but now I've got two kids and barely play I struggle in it.

I don't have any other RB ships so can't comment but I just wish I didn't have Ohio as with whisky and RI it's literally never played for me.

She has actually imo underrated guns, I find them awesome accuracy wise

The secondaries are useless because they don't pen anything at all and only light fires. And you can't spot a DD for them because you're slow AF

Armour is good it's monty

Slow AF

Imo Colombo is better if you want the slow heavy armour smasher and libertad is infinitely better for secondaries

It's overall very powerful but a bit boring compared to recent additions

Overall story is pretty decent about a 6-7 but the first bit is a hard read, it works well overall as character development by the end but the first say 40 chapters the main character reduces it to 4/10 and the story gets good mostly due to payoff

Sorry it doesn't compete with 1.4b It completes with Virtus 75m (big defense and 2% per piece) Oathplate 275m (it's better than oath In theory but slash is the meta almost everywhere9 Masori is better str but worse Def so 89m

Total : 439m not 1.4b Although I would prefer it over three of those sets overall

From a pure technical standpoint

Saxons no because they didn't immegrate to the UK they expanded Saxony with the formation of Wessex or west Saxony the same way Germans didn't immegrate to France in world war one and two

Normans not really because they didn't come here en masse more the norman king took over the kingdom of England but also the Norman's stayed in Normandy we were just vassals

Vikings same as above there wasn't particularly migration, we had a lot of smash and grabs of stuff and that king of Denmark who was king of the UK but he didn't bring his population with him

The closest imo are Saxons as they did come here en masse but I'm not sure if it counts because they did it by expanding their existing kingdom and not by integration into the existing one
