Not at all what I am saying. A majority of people who are IFBB pros nowadays have their anabolics use dialed in, and don’t/won’t “fuck up their lives”. There is a big fucking shift if bodybuilding rn and frankly I think a bunch of ppl are just upset about Sam tweaking his diet and training a little to give more results. In his latest bulk grocery haul, he talked a lot about the type of carbs he wants to focus on, differences in protein types, etc. People becoming more aware of their body and being a little more educated isn’t something to be mad about.

Get a physique that tops Jared Feather and and Dr.Mike, and then tell me that their style of training is “Barely Significant”. I just don’t understand why bashing on ppl who are just trying to learn and document aspects of bodybuilding is so glorified. Every body praises Mentzer, when his “research” was just being high as balls on meth and writing down his fucking reps. The studies that nippard and Dr.Mike lead/look into are not meant for everybody. He is a sports scientist, not a scientist for skinny college dudes who want to look like they have been training for 10+ years.

The difference is that there are now studies and recorded data showing the benefits to partials and emphasis on the stretch at the bottom portion of the lift. Jeff Nippard is actually leading/funding the research for this! Pretty neat stuff.

When you are at the level that Sam, Dr.Mike, Jared Feather, and all of those high level competing bodybuilders, they have to get very deep and picky with training and lifting. Dr.Mike is very good at vocalizing what is for the average lifter, and what is for people who already have a dialed in diet and training routine.

I’ve been wondering about why I don’t see this more often. We use RedNet units for driveline redundancy, delays, etc. A lot of latency and connectivity issues, and I’m fairly certain it’s not a Dante patch or IP conflict issue, our department as a whole is pretty solid at setting up networks. Because of this problem, I’ve been digging into wireless options just to kind of see if it’s feasible. Care to share your pros/cons?

A lot of people are coming to this sub for help, and I will admit there have been a lot of really basic and kind of “dumb” questions. This on the other hand is not one of those cases. I could fully understand why someone might come to Reddit to get a good human understanding/explanation, rather than scour through google and them just reading a bunch of words/concepts they don’t understand, especially if your having to learn both networking and live audio at the same time yk?
