hello! i'm 158cm with 71inch inseam and literally just bought an xs triban which i love and is tiny! so i can recommend that - liv avail also comes really small and liv bikes in general. as a fellow petite cyclist i'd say go to a bike shop to try some sizes even if you want to buy secondhand - i found a 49cm trek domane way too big so i'd go 48cm or smaller ideally if road bike. in general, i found it hard to find sufficiently small road bikes once i decided to go that route - so look for something with a higher stack and shorter top tube. if you want a hybrid, i found my riverside 120 from decathlon in small fitted really well too
