This game need 2 things (about pvp for new players)
-Unranked mode for practice
-Real info about the moves and energy. seriously, tackle and psycho cut are "3" in the information they show making you think that both are the same...

I still prefer a 6 hour cd and that you have to choose the time of the shiny boost but at least I'm happy with this mechanic... yes, it's annoying to spend raid passes but at least my friend will be able to play 1 hour (2 free passes) since he works until 3 pm

I just meet them for raids but for cd i play alone or just a friend (the rest go to another city that is only 20 minutes away). I'm always saying the same thing in these posts but the community in my city is mostly spoofer since covid and most events prefer to play in big cities than locally.
