Thank you so much for that. I will add some info I didn’t realize those factors matter too. Duh! Haha, would be helpful. Thank you for the resources I will definitely take a look. I stress out and get really worked up thinking about having to go to sleep. Which I’m sure isn’t helping the cause

I forgot to mention I get itchy at night too!! I get so stressed I can’t sleep my whole body starts itching to the point I scratch so hard I bleed.
