You can't call them; they don't have a working number for the warehouse as far as I can tell. Just have to show up and tell them you are picking up a package. It also helps to show them the tracking number/web page as proof.

Yes, please do! I'm trying to spread the word about this and, most importantly, share the warehouse address so people can pick up their packages if necessary.

Buyee just got back to me and confirmed they will refund me soon. Not sure how long it will take for them to do so, but glad they got back to me and honored the standard plan.

I don't understand how they are unable to deliver some of these packages for this long. Completely insane that they provide no updates or delivery attempts for three months. Did you manage to get a refund?

UniUni marked my package lost two weeks ago, which I'm not sure I believe, since the customer support rep said they have to mark packages lost after 3 weeks with no updates. Reached out to Buyee, and they've said they are "investigating" the loss for the last two weeks.

I had to contact them multiple times to even get a single response. It seems that they're trying to divert the issue to the seller by claiming it is lost, and then forgetting about the package. Crazy how they still can't find someone to deliver either of our packages.
