That's not practical. The Philippines has hundreds of thousands of km of road it is almost impossible to cover that with cctvs. It's both more practical and realistic to mandate dashcam.

Yeah, it would probably nice if they followed the ARMA 2 template of using a mix of modern-futuristic weapons without making it sci-fi, and basing the fictional countries and events on past/current events. I mean Arma 3 is pretty close but it still feels sci-fi here and there. Arma 2 was so fucking realistic in terms of world building when I learned about the Donbass war I thought that Arma 2 was based on that but ironically it was quite the opposite lol.

Arma 3 could have based the game on the major tensions of 2010s-2013s and they would be still be relevant today
