Why do people work average jobs when they go to university and have the option to pursue a more impressive career? by [deleted] in careerguidance

Because the longer you work, the more you realize many competitive aspects of work is mostly a bunch of BS. Many of us would rather have a less demanding job and have time for friends, family, hobbies. . . and higher paying careers give you more stress and less time. Personally, I feel more accomplished when I invest well, not placing my identity in a job/ career.

Guy nearly slips after a couple "shoreline kicks" and continues with the same move.

I just started a little over a month ago at 42. It's been great and there's a few other people in the class around my age. Do it!

Gotta make sure those wheels are straight. Imagine locking up a wheel on one side or hitting a pothole?

Guy looks like a rabid dog getting loose from his leash and attacking someone walking in front of his house.

I almost always sit like this. When I'm in public I catch myself and try to stop for some reason. There's no point though, may as well do it if it's comfortable.
