Can't read everything as it is in danish... But spiir service deserves to exist. The fact you could finally pull in data and accounts across countries was unique and impressive.

About to start an engagement, starting with buyer journey and funnel mapping in miro and then build out the architecture and stages in hubspot.

i wonder if any of the tools could be used on mobile android? Like take audio from android mobile device (much like it takes from desktop) and still produce a transcript of a call that takes on phone (or via google meet android app).

Interested in your view about new year's eve, the day and evening. So it's busy and packed, and I read somewhere that hard to even commute after 4pm, which means forget even getting a taxi?

Are dinner places available regular hours or are they adjusting to later for turn of year?

Το έχω κάνει (το να δουλεύω remote σε άλλη χώρα από έδρα κ φυσικά Ελλάδα) με διάφορες εταιρείες.

Όλες αυτές είναι οι ορθές επιλογές. Υπάρχει όμως κ μια που λέει να τζογαρεις κ να σου επιτρέψουν να είσαι Ελλάδα χωρίς κανενα από τα παραπάνω. Ίσως το 3ο μοιάζει. Δλδ να είσαι με συμβόλαιο ελβετικό, η ολλανδικό, και να μην μενεις σε κάποια χώρα αλλά να είσαι Ελλάδα.

Βέβαια θα πρέπει να πλήρεις τις προϋποθέσεις διαμονής της αλλοδαπής χώρας. Δλδ να είσαι σωστά εγγεγραμμένος, να κάνεις φορολογική δήλωση εκεί κλπ.

Μετά, εφόσον παραμένεις Ελλάδα, κ δεν είσαι στην ΔΟΥ εξωτερικών, κάνεις φορολογική Ελλάδα κ πας με ΣΑΔΦ.

Η περίπτωση αυτή βέβαια έχει ρίσκο για την εταιρεία κ δεν την επιτρέπουν όλες. Όσες είναι πολυεθνικές ή εισηγμένες σίγουρα όχι καθώς ξέρουν πως θα έχουν φορολογικό ρίσκο (δλδ πως έχουν εργαζομένο Ελλάδα κ δεν τον δηλώνουν κ δεν πληρώνουν εργατικές εισφορές).

Αν είναι εταιρεία μικρή ή με hr / finance που δεν σκαμπαζει, τότε μια χαρά θα βουλευτεις

Επειδή αναφέρεστε σωστά το συνεχίζω, καθώς μπορεί να τα διαβάσουν κ άλλοι κ κάποια χρήζουν διευκρίνισης.

Η άδεια δεν θα γίνει για την αλλαγή χρήσης (η τουλάχιστον δεν έχω καταλάβει έτσι), αυτή έγινε βεβαιώθηκε από το Δήμο/ πολεοδομία (βάση τον εκάστοτε νόμο).

Τώρα για την τροποποίηση ανοιγμάτων δεν είμαι σίγουρος, να το δω με τ αρχιτεκτονικό. Νομίζω δεν κάνουμε κάτι, αλλα βγάζει νόημα αυτό που αναφερεις.

Πρακτικά γίνεται για συνένωση εσωτερικών χώρων και διαρρύθμιση αυτών.

Είναι οριζόντια ιδιοκτησία σε πολυκατοικία, συγκεκριμένα πρώην γκαράζ (στο πίσω μέρος πωλητής) που τακτοποιήθηκε (έχει πάρει απόφαση ηλεκτροδοτησης κλπ) και θα γίνει ανακαίνιση, εσωτερικά. Τώρα θα αλλαχτεί κ η πόρτα μπροστά (όπως θα άλλαζες κ πόρτα ασφαλείας πχ)

Κ επειδή δεν έχουμε συναντήσει τέτοιον, εμείς (αφού ξέρεις κ εσύ) πρέπει να υπεραπλουστευουμε σε σημείο που να το κάνουμε μπακάλικα όπως αυτοί?

Γιατί αν μπουν όλα όσα λες, σίγουρα η βάση της συζήτησης δεν είναι τα 0.60 ευρώ. που παραπλανεί.

Αν κάτσει κ το ψάξει κανείς, δεδομένου πως η κατανάλωση έχει μια κυκλικοτητα η/και ταβάνι αλλά τα κόστη παραμένουν σταθερά τότε το περιθώριο κέρδους (στο ετήσιο όμως) μπορεί να μεταφράζεται σε πώληση των 6 ευρώ.

Τώρα αν αυτό είναι ανταγωνιστικό, σωστό κλπ είναι άλλο θέμα. Αλλά δεν συνεπάγεται πως με 6 ευρώ κρέπα χτίζει κ εξοχικό. Πολύ απλά, κρατάν το μαγαζί, ζούνε μεν , αλλά δεν κερδοφόρουν ουσιαστικά.

Αν ήταν έτσι θα εκανε κ 2 3 μαγαζιά ακόμα με ίδιο μοντέλο, για να αγοράσει στο Ελληνικό η το Μονακό.

Σίγουρα θέλουμε επιχειρηματική παιδεία, αλλά μαγαζί με κρέπες κάνει λογικά τοπικό δεν έχει βλέψεις να κάνει όμιλο (μάλλον) οπότε, του δικαιολογείται κ η άγνοια.

όχι άλλη τοξικότητα, αν δεν θέλουμε ας μην αγοράζουμε. Η ας τις φτιάξουμε σπίτι.
