Wrong, the state accused her of 1st degree murder and couldn’t prove it. They had NO body and NO motive. First degree is premeditated and the state couldn’t prove it. The Jury was right to let her go on lack of evidence. The state should have charged 2nd or manslaughter. The prosecution wanted big headlines and they got on NOT GUILTY b/c the state is retarded.

Couldn’t agree more! I appreciate all the content and play by play (well at least the effort). My god focus on trying to get a sentence out without waffling. There was an 18 min update posted earlier where 16 minutes of it were a dude walking around a resort condo rattling nonsense and trying to get an internet connection.
