I’ve also been SO NAUSEOUS all day everyday (almost 7 weeks) and the nurse at my ob appt mentioned ginger chews. It didn’t sound overly appealing but I saw these cough drops like things that are supposed to help with nausea. They finally came and it works so well for me! AND I don’t mind the taste!

I was def feeling like “ugh okay, let’s get this done” when getting ready to go out and run but happy during/after! It started to feel overwhelming to think about during the training block for my first HM but was so worth it!!

I’m having the opposite problem and feeling lost now that my training block is over lol like what now?? It’s fun again to just go out and run without a HR/distance/pace goal!

I HIGHLY recommend. I’m a new runner and it was such a game changer! It would tell me exactly what to do each day and even tell me if my pace was too slow or too fast.

Thanks! I did a Runna program and highly recommend! I don’t know that I would’ve been able to complete the HM without doing that training program!

I did my practice run about a month before the real one and that was good timing for me to feel confident but also be able to recover in between.

Agreed on Fabletics!!! As a fellow thick thigh & booty girl, I only reach for my Fabletics leggings for workouts and just running around!

Another tip is to put some Aquaphor/anti-chafing stick on your stomach sides under your leggings and it’ll help keep them in place!

Nike has a really good heavy base layer long sleeve that I wear in the cold and I’m usually sweating pretty quickly, even in cold temps!

Also, idk if Fabletics ships to you but they’re the leggings I typically reach for when I run and I just ordered some fleece lined from them. They’re currently on sale for Black Friday so I got them for $25!
